After several days of incomprehension, the special delegation of the urban commune of Boké, was finally officially installed this Monday, April 22, 2024 by the prefect of Boké, Colonel Sény Silver Camara, in the presence of the Secretary General in charge of decentralized communities, administrative executives, religious leaders, youth and women’s associations as well as defense and security services.
Aboubacar N’Diaye, former regional director of the national agency for the management of humanitarian emergencies and disasters (ANGUCH), heads the list of the special Boké delegation which is taking action. He is the chief of staff of the Boké governorate , Alsény Barry who presided over the ceremony which took place with joy.
In his communication, the prefect of Boké largely returned to the lines of the elements of great language marking the path for the members of the special delegation of Boké, numbering eleven (11).
After taking office, the members of the special delegation of the urban commune of Boké must face the challenges of the economic and social development of their respective communities.
Interpreting the mission letter of the special delegation from Boké, the Secretary General in charge of decentralized communities, Sékouba Traoré insisted on respect for the principles decreed by the central level.
According to Mr. Traoré, “a municipality without a budget is like a boat that capsizes. »
On behalf of the Regional Authority, the chief of staff of the Boké governorate first welcomed the climate of peace which reigns in Boké, under the foresight of the Head of State, General Mamadi Doumbouya for constant concern for improve the living conditions of the Guinean populations.
In his words, he invited the president of the special Boké delegation to synergy of action throughout his Command.
“Work in transparency, solidarity and harmony. You found a united and peaceful Boké. So, maintain this climate for the well-being of the daughters and sons of Boké prefecture,” he concludes.
