American actor Michael Fassbender’s damaged Porsche at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 24 hours of Le Mans
The famous American actor (46) lost control of his Porsche on the Sarthe circuit and violently crashed into the wall. Unharmed, he was forced to return the car to the garage.
Passionate about motor racing, the American actor Michael Fassbender took part this weekend in the 24 Hours of Le Mans for the second time in his “new” career. But no doubt the one who played a role in several successful productions like X-Men, Inglorious Basterds or Shame he was hoping for a different result on the Sarthe circuit than the one obtained this year.
With just over four hours of racing remaining, Fassbender, driver for the Proton Competition team in the LMGTE category, suddenly lost control of his Porsche and crashed into the wall at high speed, destroying much of his trusty steed. Half an hour later, the racing car had not come out of the garage despite the relentlessness of the mechanics.
