The Square Peg Fund raised $550 million – a third of it for investments in Israel

Square Peg operates in Israel, Australia and Asia, manages assets in the amount of over 3 billion dollars and has invested in 70 companies to date. Its portfolio includes two of the most prominent unicorns in the world in the last decade, Canva and Stripe, alongside other successful companies such as: Airwallex, FinAccel, Fiverr and more. The investment activity in Israel is managed by two of the seven partners in the fund, Philip Schwartz and Yonatan Sela, both former entrepreneurs with rich operational experience. So far, the fund has invested over 250 million dollars in local startups, including the companies Fiverr, Tomorrow.io, Sternum, Retrain, Deci, Exodigo, Voyantis, Aidoc and other companies that have not yet announced the investment.
