  2. Electronic sales receipts without the taxpayer being authorized to issue them.
  3. Sales receipts whose authorization belongs to another taxpayer.
  4. Unauthorized sales receipts.
  5. Failure to send XML files and the printed representation of the electronic document (RIDE) of the receipt to the client’s email.

How are fines calculated?

The SRI applies the fines according to table of amounts of financial penalties, expressed in Unified Basic Remunerations (UBI) of the worker in general.
