In the Indian stock market, the Sensex continues to fall. It was down 880 points to 57,208 when trade opened on Monday.

Sensex continued to fall after the interest rate hike by Pet Bank last week. The BSE Sensex was trading down 880 points at 57,208 and the NSE Nifty was down 280 points at 17,046.

Sensex was trading at 58,098 points and Nifty at 17,327 points as of the previous day.
