At the start of trading, the Bombay Stock Exchange benchmark Sensex was up 1143.78 points at 60,420.47 and the Nifty was up 302.20 points at 17,972.65. Gold prices fall
Gold prices fell today. Chennai Gold – Silver traded lower by Rs 22 to Rs 4,803 a gram in the morning trade. The price of a razor 22 carat jewelry gold fell by Rs 176 to Rs 38,424. Meanwhile, silver rose by 10 paise to Rs 71.40 per gram.
