Muscat – Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, the ruler of Oman, congratulated the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, on his National Day. Wishing the Amir good health and long life, the Sultan prayed that the people of Qatar would achieve further progress, advancement and prosperity under him. Oman and Qatar have a special relationship based on joint cooperation and constant communication.
