The Superior Court of Justice of Navarra confirms the sentences of 6 years in prison for three convicted of raping a woman in a squat in Pamplona

The Superior Court of Justice of Navarra (TSJN) has confirmed the 6-year prison sentence imposed by the First Section of the Provincial Court on three convicted of raping a 23-year-old woman in a squat in Pamplona who was in state of drunkenness and with his faculties greatly affected. In the sentence, which can be appealed before the Supreme Court, the Civil and Criminal Chamber of the TSJN has ratified the rest of the sentences imposed last September by the First Section of the Court for three crimes of sexual abuse with carnal access with the concurrence of the extenuating drug addiction.
