The Civil and Criminal Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Navarra (TSJN) has acquitted a 52-year-old man who had been sentenced by the Second Section of the High Court of Navarra to 3 years in prison for raping, in July 2020 , to a woman in a mental residence of the Foral Community in which both were admitted.
