The Superior Court of Navarra confirms a sentence of 3 years in prison for drug trafficking in Puente la Reina

The Superior Court of Justice of Navarra (TSJN) has confirmed the sentence of 3 years in prison imposed last October by the First Section of the Provincial Court on an accused of trafficking marijuana, hashish and amphetamine in Puente la Reina. In the sentence, which can be appealed to the Supreme Court, the Civil and Criminal Chamber of the TSJN also ratifies the fine of 11,798.47 euros imposed on the convicted person by the sentencing court. The judgment of the Court considered it proven that the defendant had been dedicating himself to the sale of the aforementioned substances from his home.
