The Superior Court of Navarra confirms the prohibition of an electoral act scheduled by Bildu for this July 7 in a square in the Old Town of Pamplona

The Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Navarra (TSJN) has dismissed the appeal filed by the federation of Euskal Herria Bildu parties against the prohibition decreed this Wednesday by the Provincial Electoral Board of an act this July 7 between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. in the Plaza de la Virgen de la O in Pamplona. In the judicial resolution, against which there is no appeal, the Chamber states that, having examined the jurisprudential and constitutional doctrine, it is clear that the justifying requirements of the prohibitive measure adopted by the Electoral Board in order to safeguard public order without danger to people and property.
