The Supreme Court confirms the sentence of 8 years in prison for a man for sexual abuse of two of his children

The Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court has confirmed the sentence of 8 years and 4 months in prison for a man for sexually abusing a daughter and a son, the latter under 16 years of age. The court confirms that he committed a continuous crime of sexual abuse of his daughter (who was 16 years old when the abuse began), of sexual abuse of a minor under 16 years of age with prevalence, in the case of the son, of mistreatment in the family environment, for a occasion in which he kicked and punched the latter son, without causing injury, and two crimes of sexual provocation, for having shown pornographic videos to his two children under 16 years of age using his mobile phone.
