The Fourth Section of the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court has denied the precautionary measure requested by the Teruel City Council to suspend the agreement of the Council of Ministers, dated December 5, 2022, which designates the city of Seville as the physical headquarters of the Spanish Space Agency.
