Tom Caspi (36), a high-tech man who has been living in a trailer and moving around the country in recent years, is suspected of a serious pedophilia case, whose victims, according to the suspicion, are dozens of girls between the ages of two and 11. The investigation revealed that Caspi’s method of action had a recurring pattern: he met divorced or single parents on social media, and at one point moved in with them. After gaining the trust of the mothers, Caspi began to sexually assault their daughters.
The investigation opened in early April, when Caspi’s ex-husband arrived at the police station. The man told investigators he was the father of three little girls and his little daughter shared with him that Caspi, her mother’s boyfriend, had touched her. A pediatrician who also spoke with the other two girls revealed that they too had fallen victim to the acts. The mother also testified.

We sent a message to all police stations in the country and asked if there were other cases with similar characteristics.”
During the arrest, Caspi’s phone and laptop were seized in the trailer, and nude photos of girls were discovered. “We were horrified by the images found on the devices.” Maalot police station commander, Lt. Miron Maman, said: “There were hundreds of pictures of girls, including the three girls whose father opened an investigation following their father’s complaint, as well as others we had already discovered in the undercover investigation, and dozens of other victims. 11 “. Investigators were able to reach the families of all the girls photographed, but some were not interested in filing a complaint. During his interrogation, which included a confrontation with the evidence and the interrogation conducted by the pediatrician, Caspi admitted to harming seven of the 11 cases attributed to him.
“The two researchers who worked on the case did not sleep for whole days,” said Sen. Maman. “Any event involving children, certainly at these young ages, affects you. You are angry, sad, frustrated. I am also frustrated with the other parents, whose children have been harmed and who are hiding these cases and refusing to complain. ”
In the last ten days, Caspi’s detention has been extended several times. Yesterday, his detention was extended in the Magistrate’s Court in Acre until this coming Sunday, and during these days the Haifa District Attorney’s Office is expected to file an indictment in the city district court, which will include offenses he committed against seven of the girls.
