The Tangier Urban Agency implements a series of measures for the benefit of MREs

The Agency underlined, in a press release, that a one-stop shop dedicated to Moroccans living abroad (MRE) is set up, from July 15 to September 13, at the agency’s headquarters in Tangier, noting that this mechanism equipped with a cell composed of attentive interlocutors.

In this regard, a hotline will be set up after official working hours, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday) and from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Saturday), with the exception of public holidays.

The Agency also made available to MREs the telephone number “0539340797” and the email address “[email protected]”, to answer their questions and provide them with clarifications and appropriate guidance as quickly as possible.

Four spaces will be installed, from July 24 to August 18, for the benefit of MREs, one at the agency’s headquarters and three others at the crossing points of the maritime station of the Tanger Med port, at Tangier Ibn Batouta airport and at the Tanger Med rest area.

These spaces, equipped with digital and paper communication media, aim to welcome MREs, to answer their questions concerning the fields of town planning and construction, and to inform them about the missions and skills of the agencies. urban.

The Urban Agency is organizing, from August 8 to 16 at its headquarters in Tangier, open days for the benefit of MREs, in order to strengthen communication with them, to make them aware of the missions and services of the Urban Agency, and to inform about the new direct housing assistance program.
