There is only one day left to declare your real estate. But it is impossible to connect to the site impots.gouv.fr this Wednesday at the beginning of the afternoon, according to the site Actu.fr. When the user tries to access it, a blank page appears. With this message: “Error 503 Backend fetch failed”.
“A maintenance operation, we say to the Directorate General of Public Finance (DGFiP). It has nothing to do with the Manage My Property service. At the end of the afternoon, the service was restored and taxpayers again had access to their private space. No postponement of the deadline for carrying out this procedure, set for midnight Thursday August 10, was therefore not envisaged.
The customs site also affected
Maintenance that also affects the customs site. “The major technical maintenance operation on the customs computer network scheduled for today has been completed. The online services concerned are working again”, specifies the customs website. The “emergency procedures” ended at 2:30 p.m. “Side effects may possibly be felt occasionally on certain applications outside of this list, which may give rise to a request for assistance”, they specify.
Another malfunction for the tax site which chained computer failures. At the end of June, the deadline had already been pushed back for the first time until July 31. The Ministry of the Economy then invoked an “influx of declarations”. At the beginning of August, the taxes granted 24 hours more to declare the real estate since the site still presented problems of connection at the approach of the deadline.
