Tamil cinema director and actor Karu Palaniappan’s thief movie problem has come to an end.

Karu Palaniappan has directed many films like Parthiban Kanavu, Sivapathikaram, Brivom Chandippom, Manthira Punnagai. He is traveling not only as a director but also as an actor. Karu Palaniappan has acted as the next protagonist in the movie “Kallan”. The film is directed by renowned writer and journalist Chandra Thankaraj. It stars Nikita, Vela Ramamurthy, Namo Narayanan, Selandaraja, Dinesh Subbarayan, Regin, Paruthiveeran Murugan and many more.
Some organizations in the community protested against the title of the thief movie. A case was then filed in the High Court that the censorship certificate should not be issued for the film without changing the title of the film ‘Thief’. The judge dismissed the case, saying there was no basis in the case.
Meanwhile, the Board of Auditors, which saw the film ‘Thief’, has recommended that it be U / A certified for its relevance to the film’s title and story.
