For the first time in Bulgaria, simulations in the Lean methodology will be organized during the event
Leading specialists in the field of business process improvement and management will share their experience within the Tomorrow Redefined conference. The largest event dedicated to business process improvement and management in the Balkans will be held this Friday, May 17, at the Grand Hotel Millenium, Sofia. The event is organized by Lean Institute Bulgaria (LIB), a regional representative and member of the Lean Global Network, and tickets can be found at: www.tomorrowredefined.com.
During the one-day conference, some of the most innovative approaches in the so-called Lean (lean) methodology that helps companies to optimize their processes and services in order to save time and resources. In addition, for the first time, visitors will have the opportunity to touch the lean methodology by participating in an interactive workshop with lean simulations. The participants will be able to participate in two practical scenarios – in production and in the office, and will be able to use a variety of techniques and tools for the optimization of different processes.
Within the framework of the event, topics related to the future of education will be discussed through the prism of lean and artificial intelligence; various value creation initiatives through optimization of production and administrative processes; the application of the lean methodology during a crisis; strategic planning through lean to achieve operational excellence and others. Guest speakers will be executive directors and managers of some of the largest companies in Bulgaria, including HP, Sensata, Festo, Ingram Micro, DSK Bank, Liebherr, Lufthansa Technik, as well as other global experts in the field.
For the second year in a row, our country will also host the Operational Excellence Awards ceremony. Companies that have achieved the greatest success in improving their culture and business processes through the implementation of one or more different projects and initiatives will be honored at the event.
