The trapper was presented to the Dodecanese Security Department in the early afternoon «Ricta»accompanied by his lawyer, in order to be informed about the case he is accused of and specifically about the serious injury of the 23-year-old who allegedly hit him on the headalong with another person in the early hours of Friday, downtown.
The trapper went through the door of the police station after the time limit of the self-driving car had passed and, according to his lawyer, Thodoris Karagiannis, after being informed that a case file was being created for the incident, he then left, as no arrest warrant has been issued against him. The case file which concerns her accusation “grievous bodily harm” it is expected to be forwarded to the judicial authorities and in the next period the trapper will be called to give an explanation, as long as no arrest warrant is issued.
“The side of the alleged defendant wonders how information about an arrest warrant is leaking and how information about an incident is circulating that the defendant has not even received,” Mr. Karagiannis stressed, speaking to protothema.gr.
In the meantime, according to information, the 25-year-old trapper allegedly maintains that he did not realize the serious injury of the 23-year-old, after the attack on him, as everyone left the scene. In fact, he is expected to present witnesses who confirm his words.

At the same time, a 23-year-old student, who was beaten by the trapper Ricta and another person in the center of Thessaloniki, is being treated in a serious condition in the Intensive Care Unit of the AHEPA hospital.
According to information, everything seems to have happened at 02.30 in the morning on Friday, when the 25-year-old trapper together with another unknown person allegedly attacked – for an unknown reason – the young man, who was with two of his friends. The 25-year-old is accused of hitting the student with the head to face, while his friend hit him with kick to the chest causing the victim to fall hard to the ground and hit his head. The alleged perpetrators then left the scene, while the 23-year-old was taken home by his friends. In the afternoon of the following day, however, he was transported by EKAV ambulance to AHEPA and underwent surgery, as it was found that he has hematoma in the head and has since been hospitalized in critical condition.
A case has been filed against the 25-year-old trapper and the unknown person who was with him for grievous bodily harm.
The preliminary investigation for the case has been undertaken by the police officers of A.T. White Tower.
