Attorney Dr. Zeev Hollander holds a doctorate in law from Harvard University in the USA and has over 30 years of experience in the areas of the capital market and securities, tax planning, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions. Hollander was a lecturer from abroad at the Faculty of Law and Management of Tel Aviv University.

Attorney and notary public Itai Brafman will head the field of gas, oil and R&D partnerships in the capital market department at Fisher’s office. Brafman specializes in the representation and issuance of limited partnerships and was the head of the capital market, oil and gas and R&D areas at the Hollander office. He has experience in representing public corporations on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, representing investors and companies in issuance procedures and raising private and public capital in Israel and representation in transactions for the purchase of rights in oil and gas fields .

Partner Adi Ron specializes in corporate commercial law. Ron founded and managed the firm’s activities in the Netherlands for 12 years and specializes in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.
