This Thursday, June 30, the general telecommunications law which, among other things, will restrict those annoying advertising calls that users receive and that telemarketing companies make to random numbers. The Government has defended the rule because it ensures that “it will make life easier for the vast majority of Spaniards.” But all that glitters is not gold, since companies will be able to circumvent the veto with relative ease by taking advantage of the exceptions and gaps contained in the text.
