The Social Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Aragon has rejected the appeal presented by the Aragonese Health Service against the ruling of the Social Court of Teruel that condemned the SAS for failing to comply with its obligations regarding the prevention of occupational risks, not adopting the measures included in the Technical Report on Risk Assessment of Primary Care Physician (MAP) jobs and not meeting the requirements of the Provincial Labor and Social Security Inspection of Teruel. The magistrate of the Social Court of Teruel, drafter of the judgment now appealed, expressed in her resolution that these non-compliances pose “a certain and serious danger to the health of doctors, because they violate the right to life and integrity. .
