The TSJ of Castilla y León annuls the selective process of local police for 36 municipalities

The Administrative Litigation Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Castilla y León has annulled two resolutions of the Qualifying Court of the Selective Tests for entry into the Local Police Corps of 36 municipalities issued in February 2022 for altering the bases of the call in the middle of the selection process, when the list of candidates declared suitable had already been published. According to the rules of the contest/opposition, applicants had to take a physical aptitude test, a knowledge test, and a mental aptitude test.
