The Civil and Criminal Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Extremadura has fully confirmed the sentence of four years and six months in prison for the man and four years for the woman, both accused of stealing 45 bottles of wine from the Atrio de la capital of Cáceres, imposed by the Provincial Court of Cáceres. The TSJ of Extremadura dismissed the appeal filed by the defense against the sentence of those convicted as perpetrators of a particularly serious crime of robbery with force in an establishment open to the public, in which, among other reasons, annulment was raised.
