The TSJCV temporarily suspends the instructions of the Department of Education regarding the definition of teaching staff

The Second Part of the Controversial-Administrative Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV) temporarily suspended the Generalitat’s complaint about the agreements it signed with the unions in June 2023 at the Education Sector Table, as well as the instructions approved in June of this year regarding the definition of teaching staff in educational centres. The Court considers that the alleged annulment of those agreements has not been confirmed, since the Office of the Attorney General has not provided a “judicial or administrative resolution” confirming so.
