The Social Association of the High Court of Justice of the Basque Country recognized the right of a third degree prisoner to receive unemployment benefits for work done while in prison. The TSJPV has therefore revoked the ruling of the Social Court number 3 of Bilbao, dated April 26, 2024, which denied the right of this prisoner to receive unemployment benefits as maintained by the State Public Employment Service (SEPE).
