The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Supervision Affairs, Dr. Mohsen Al-Kabeer, requested to expedite the settlement of administrative and financial transactions for those referred for retirement upon reaching the legal age, and to honor those who have spent their lives serving education, in recognition of their efforts and their role in raising and nurturing generations.
The Ministry stated in a statement on Facebook that Al-Kabir inspected the Education Supervision – Friday Market yesterday, Wednesday, and held a meeting that included all office directors and department heads in the Supervision Bureau, as part of his inspection tours to follow up on the progress of work in the Education Supervision in the municipalities.
The meeting, which was attended by the Director of the Ministry’s Basic Education Department and the Superintendent of Education in the Souq Al-Juma Municipality, discussed a number of important files.
The Undersecretary called for raising the efficiency of workers in education supervisory offices, which will be reflected in the performance of educational institutions. He also directed attention to digital transformation in administrative procedures, archiving employee data, and benefiting from the Information and Documentation Center system to extract the necessary data.
Regarding the exams, the agent said that the reports received regarding the progress of the transfer exams for students in the basic and secondary education stages confirm that they are going well, explaining that the National Center for Examinations is making every effort to prepare for the examinations for the completion of the basic and secondary education certificates, and to avoid any shortcomings encountered in the conduct of the exams During the years past to ensure that the exams go well.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Undersecretary stressed the necessity of avoiding the phenomenon of cheating and reducing it, adding that strict penalties will be imposed on all invigilators, observers, and supervisors of the conduct of public certificate examinations who neglect to perform their duties, in accordance with what is stipulated in the regulations and laws.
