With it, the two parties agree to join efforts to increase labor productivity, for a real increase in wages, to improve safe and healthy working conditions and conditions for social activity.
The presidents of the three unions in “LB Bulgaricum” and the management also signed a commitment to preserve jobs as much as possible, increase the qualifications of the staff, and modernize the company. Social benefits are preserved, including additional medical care, additional paid annual leave for mothers with children, means of transport, the monetary assistance for a newborn child of an employee has been increased, the benefits in case of dismissal of long-term employees remain, means of clothing, additional monthly remuneration for acquired scientific degrees, etc.
“We achieved very good results in the negotiations with the management, we have social benefits that we can be proud of,” commented the chairman of the Trade Union Organization of the Association of Democratic Trade Unions in “LB Bulgaricum” – Vidin Petar Petrov. He also recalled that the unions were able to achieve a good increase in the salaries of the workers and scientists in the company.
“We managed to keep the collective labor agreement, which is one of the best. People are satisfied because the management of the company responded to our demands,” said the chairman of the Trade Union Organization of the Federation of Independent Trade Union Organizations of the Food Industry – KNSB in Vidin, Ivan Spiridonov.

She emphasized the continued tradition of additional medical care for the company’s employees.

After the signing of the collective labor agreement, the efforts of all of us are aimed at achieving the new goals that we bet,” he commented.
