The Valencia Court sentences a man who killed another in Gandía to 18 and a half years in prison

Valencia, December 18, 2023.- The First Section of the Provincial Court of Valencia has sentenced a man who killed another with five shots and of several blows to the head on a street in Gandía on April 30, 2021. The Chamber has also imposed a measure of supervised release for 10 years from the completion of the custodial sentence. In addition, the convicted person must compensate the deceased’s partner with 107,000 euros, 95,220 euros to the son and 17,800 euros to the sister of the murdered man.
