The Valencia Court sentences a man who repeatedly abused and raped his youngest daughter to 15 and a half years in prison

The Fifth Section of the Provincial Court of Valencia has sentenced a man who raped and beat his minor daughter to 15 and a half years in prison. The Chamber considers him the perpetrator of a crime of a continuous crime of sexual assault using violence and intimidation, for which he has been sentenced to a prison sentence of 13 years and nine months and the deprivation of parental authority with respect to the victim, and another of mistreatment, for which the Court has imposed one year and nine months in prison. The man must compensate the minor with 12,000 euros for the moral and psychological damages that he suffered as a result of the events. The victim, his home, his place of study or work will not be able to approach him for 30 years…
