the violent explosion of an oil depot poses health and economic risks

The mask is again de rigueur in Cuba, in the coastal region of Matanzas. It is not a question of guarding against an epidemic resumption of Covid-19 but of protecting against the dangers of the thick smoke which escaped from an oil depot on which lightning fell down on the 5 august.
