Temporarily increased clouds with local rains and storms are expected to occur in the northern Ionian, Epirus, western Sterea, western Macedonia and Thrace. In the rest of the country, there will be sparse clouds in places denser with the possibility of light rains in the southern Peloponnese, the islands of the Eastern Aegean and the Dodecanese.
Visibility in the morning and evening hours in the western and northern continental areas will be limited in places. Meteorological conditions favor the transport of dust mainly in the south. The winds will blow south southwest 4 to 6 and in the Aegean 6 to 8 Beaufort. In the evening hours in the northwest they will turn to northwesterly 4 to 6 Beaufort.
The temperature will rise slightly further, remaining at high levels for the season. More specifically, in the central and northern mainland it will range from 05 to 18 to 20 degrees, in the rest of the mainland from 09 to 21 to 22 and in the island country from 13 to 22 to 23 degrees Celsius.

IONIAN ISLANDS, EPIROS, WEST STEREA, WEST PELOPONNISOS
Weather: Clouds that will gradually thicken and there will be local rains and from the evening in the northern Ionian and Epirus sporadic storms.
Visibility in the morning hours will be limited in places and fog will form mainly in the northern continental areas early in the morning.
Winds: From south directions 4 to 6 Beaufort. From the evening in the northern Ionian Sea they will turn to northwesterlies with the same intensity.
Temperature: From 06 to 19 to 22 degrees Celsius. In the interior of Epirus 4 to 5 degrees lower.
EASTERN STEREA, EVIA, EASTERN PELOPONNISOS
Weather: Almost clear with a few temporarily increased clouds. Chance of light rain in southeastern Peloponnese.
Visibility in the morning and evening hours will be limited in places.
Winds: South southwest 5 to 7 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 09 to 23 degrees Celsius.
CYCLADES, CRETE
Weather: Almost clear with a few temporarily increased clouds.
Winds: South southwest 4 to 6 and locally 7 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 13 to 23 degrees Celsius.
EAST AEGEAN ISLANDS – DODECANISE
Weather: A few clouds temporarily increasing with a chance of light rain.
Winds: From southerly directions, in the Dodecanese 4 to 6 and in the eastern Aegean islands 5 to 7 and locally 8 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 14 to 23 degrees Celsius. In the north 2 to 3 degrees lower.
THESSALY
Weather: Almost clear with a few temporarily increased clouds.
Visibility in the morning hours will be locally limited and fog will form.
Winds: Variable weak and in the east marine – coastal west southwest 3 to 5 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 09 to 20 degrees Celsius.
Showers and thunderstorms on Friday
Temporarily increased clouds with rain and sporadic storms initially in Ionia, Epirus, gradually in western Sterea, western Peloponnese, Macedonia, Thrace and from midday in the rest of the mainland, the Sporades, Evia, the islands of the northern and eastern Aegean and from the evening hours the northern Cyclades. The effects in the west, the center and the north (mainly in the marine-coastal areas) will probably be intense, while in the northwest they will weaken in the evening hours.
Snowfall will occur in the central and northern continental highlands and possibly in semi-mountainous areas of Epirus and western Macedonia. In the rest of the areas, sparse clouds that will gradually thicken and local rains will occur and towards the evening in the Dodecanese isolated storms.
Visibility in the morning hours will be limited in places.
Meteorological conditions favor the transport of dust to the south. Winds will initially blow from south directions 5 to 7 Beaufort, in the northern Aegean local 8, quickly from the west and north will turn to north directions 5 to 7 Beaufort.
The temperature will drop, mainly in the north. Specifically, in the northern mainland it will range from 04 to 15 to 16 degrees, in the rest of the mainland from 08 to 17 to 21 and in the island country from 14 to 21 to 22 degrees Celsius.
Another drop in temperature and increased clouds on Saturday
Increased clouds with local rains, sleet in the northern continents and sporadic storms in the eastern and southern continents (mainly marine – coastal) as well as in the eastern island country.
Snowfall will occur in the continental highlands as well as in semi-mountainous areas of the northern country. In the evening hours the phenomena in most areas will weaken and in the north they will stop.
The winds will be north northeast, in the west 6 to 7 and in the east 7 to 8 and possibly in the central and northern Aegean 9 Beaufort. The temperature will drop further, mainly in the central and northern areas.
