France is all in the red zone. The president announced it Emmanuel Macron, in a speech to the nation broadcast on all TV.
The “enhanced alert” rules laid down for the region of Paris and another 18 territories “will be extended across the country”, including the closure of non-essential shops and a curfew from 7pm.
