Python slithering from the roof through the tall branches
People in the Queensland area (Australia) were extremely scared when they found out giant python on the roof.
Many people gathered outside to witness the unusual sight. One woman recorded the whole incident and shared it on social media.
The video quickly gained a lot of attention from netizens, with more than 12 million views on the Tiktok platform.
Python The giant has a size of about 4.8m, weighs up to 15kg, slithers from the roof to the tree top next to it. Not stopping there, it continued to slither over the treetops afterwards without falling to the ground, according to NDTV.
“It’s amazing. How are we going to get it out,” the woman exclaimed as she witnessed the incident.
Dan, a reptile expert from the Sunshine Coast, said it was normal to see pythons moving through treetops. When in a tree, it means they are hunting a bird, marsupial or trying to avoid being hunted.
“The python’s muscles are well distributed so it will hold it steady. When it reaches the branch, it uses its muscles to keep itself steady, before reaching the next position. I saw many pythons crawling. on the ground than in the trees, but that’s not uncommon,” he said.
Recently, large pythons appear a lot in the Queensland area. In a close encounter, the woman was confronted with two large pythons.
Tiarnah had to climb onto the kitchen chair and thread the tongs through the hole in the ceiling to pull the two pythons down. Although normally pythons are not dangerous to humans, they will bite if they feel threatened.
