After the comments, the captain of the Lithuanian men’s basketball team, Mindaugas Kuzminskas, appeared in the public space and made his comment in the Instagram story.
“The whole situation is very similar to some kind of broken phone. I received a lot of messages from you (fans – ed.), so in order to reduce interpretations, I can clearly say that before any match, let alone the most important (final – ed.), the mode was not compromised and/or it could somehow affect the match for the result”, wrote M. Kuzminskas.
We remind you that after this failure in Puerto Rico, the striker himself has not yet decided for sure whether he will still wear the shirt of the Lithuanian national team.
M. Kuzminskas recorded 7.8 points (83.3% doubles, 25% triples, 100% penalties), 2.3 rebounds and 9.5 utility points in Puerto Rico.
