With the delivery of the certificates of participation, the secretary of Education of the State of Tabasco (SETAB) concluded the training and training workshops that are part of the actions of the Program for Strengthening Special Education Services (PFSEE).
Representing the head of SETAB, Patricia Iparrea Sánchez, the technical secretary, Gonzalo Mario Martínez Gómez, formally closing these courses, urged the participating teachers to put into practice what they have learned, to continue promoting the inclusion of students and students with special educational needs.
“I invite you to let what you learn here not just remain in theory, but become daily practice in classrooms. Speaking, the director of Special Education and coordinator of the PFSEE, María eugenia Deantes Salazar, considered that each workshop was an example of the professionalism of each of the participating educational figures, who – she stated – managed to create inclusive and enriching environments. learning processes, in which every student was able to thrive.
“Thru these workshops we had the chance to see and experience the magic of special education. Our dear students are the reason for these workshops, which is why I invite you to continue to believe in the abilities of each of them, who have also shown you that with commitment, dedication and enthusiasm there are no limits to what can be done, it can be achieved with determination and adequate support,” he underlined.
For his part,the Undersecretary of Basic education stated that the goal of these types of actions,aimed at enriching teachers’ practice,is to continue to strengthen teacher learning,planning and training for all levels of basic education that’s why we will continue to expand these workshops and trainings so that each of us has that basic knowledge.
The workshops provided to more than 250 educational figures were: “Educational guidelines for school and family in the care of pupils with exceptional abilities”, “TEACCH, SAAC and ICT psychoeducational intervention”, “BANFE, diagnosis and intervention”, “Interventions educational attention to students with exceptional aptitudes” and “Curricular and pedagogical adaptations: double exceptionality”.
The words of gratitude, on behalf of his fellow teachers, were addressed to the director of the Regular Education Support Services Unit (USAER) no. 123, of the municipality of Nacajuca, who underlined that the experiences of colleagues and speakers were enriching for all participants. .
