Thiruvananthapuram: Actress Manju Warrier starrer ‘Jack N Jill’ directed by renowned cinematographer Santosh Sivan is all set to release. The trailer for the film, which is set to release on May 20, was released yesterday. The trailer for Jack N Jill’s upcoming sci-fi comedy is getting a good response.
Now, some of the incidents that took place during the shooting of the film are being discussed on social media. Suresh Kumar Raveendran, one of the dialogues writers of ‘Jack N Jill’, talks about the dedication of Manju Warrier in the lead role.

‘Jack & Jill’, the last day of the shoot. Manju poses for Madam Last Frame after performing another fight scene that lasted for hours, including a ‘special action’, despite an injury sustained during yesterday’s fight scene (3 stitches to the head). After about a minute or two of silence, Santosh Sivan (Santosh Sivan Asc Isc) called out from behind the camera, “Cut it… and”.
“And?”
“And. Pack up! ”
Then what happened there was ‘Haripad Poora’! The long standing applause created a festive atmosphere all over the place. I was saddened that that long 43 day schedule came to an end. It is not enough to appreciate the one mind of Manju Madam who bravely stood in front of the camera, despite the doctor’s suggestion that she should rest, even though she was afraid that the last day’s shoot would have to be postponed. Then half of the applause that was heard there was for the people!
