Previously, it went viral on social media X through the @Partaisocmed account, PANDI as a non-profit organization appointed by the Ministry of Communication and Information was suspected of carrying out business practices.

The account leaked that PANDI’s subsidiary, namely PT Aidi Digital Global (ADG), whose capital and assets come from PANDI, will be acquired by a company owned by the majority of PANDI members who joined as shareholders in PT Indonesia Berdaulat Digital (IdBD).

Account X uploaded evidence of a meeting invitation from PT Indonesia Berdaulat Digital (IdBD) in order to acquire ADG shares. “If there is information circulating in the community like that, it should be clarified. For PANDI, maybe it is a sign that they should be more transparent in telling how they manage (their business). There should be transparency, for example how they manage domain names, then what they use the finances for,” said Teddy to JPNN.com, Monday (12/8).

Teddy said that even though he is no longer in PANDI, he hopes that PANDI will return to its original ideals, namely as a non-profit organization.
