Training for Romanian students
The plan is to train Romanian students prior to their deployment and place them in entry-level technical jobs. Alexandra Simeone, assistant consultant of ITC, said, “HCL is the most important company in the Romanian market. We expect the company to further grow and expand technical services by leveraging local workforce capabilities,” he said.
Meanwhile, HCL plans to expand to Bucharest and hire local talent there as well.
