Due to this, now the registration fee for people and the permit fee of commercial vehicles have come down considerably. Due to this huge reduction, the number of small and medium commercial vehicles will increase in Bihar. Bihar’s Transport Minister Sheila Mandal has welcomed this decision taken by the government. She said that now people will have to pay Rs 1150 instead of 1650 for motor bikes. At the same time, auto rickshaws will be able to get permit fee for only Rs 1150 instead of 5650. Cab cars with 5 to 7 seats will have to pay Rs 4150 instead of 23650.
Permit and commercial fees reduced to one-third
Mini buses, which have a seating capacity of 13 to 23 people, will also cost only Rs 7150 instead of Rs 23650. Sheela Mandal said that for a long time there was a demand in Bihar that the registration and permit fees on vehicles should be reduced.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has taken this decision by giving his consent to this. Sheela Mandal said that this will make it easier for people earning through auto rickshaws in Bihar. She said that these means of employment will become a little cheaper. This will provide convenience to the people.
Bihar government hopes for increase in revenue
Transport Minister Sheila Mandal said that after the amendment in the permit fee, personal vehicles can also be used for commercial purposes. It will be easy to convert them into commercial vehicles. She said that Ola-Uber-Rapido and other companies will also benefit from this.
The people of Bihar will be able to get cheap and good facilities. Due to the reduction in registration fee, farmers and businessmen will also benefit from it. This will also generate more and more revenue. Everyone will see its benefits in the near future. After the reduction in registration fee, external registration will also increase.
