The young bride, Hetal, was to marry Vishal, the son of Ranbhai Botbhai, a well-known and respected man from the village of Nari in the Indian state of Gujarat. But as the exciting ceremony began, Hetal complained of dizziness and suddenly fainted. Her relatives took her to the hospital, where the doctors determined that she had suffered a heart attack and died as a result.
