Paris: Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich made a hate speech that there is no such thing as a Palestinian people. He made the hate speech while attending the commemoration of Likud Party leader Jacques Kupfer in Paris.
He said that the Palestinians were created to fight for Zionism in the 20th century and that he and people like him were the real Palestinians.
He said that the French government and the American government should know this reality about the Palestinians.
‘There is no country called Palestine, no Palestinian language,
Do you know who the Palestinians are? I am Palestinian,’ said Smotrich.
He says he got the name from Smotrich, a city in Ukraine.
Middle East Eye reported that the idea that the real Palestinians and not the Palestinians are Israeli Jews is right-wing politics in Israel.
He has made many hateful speeches about Palestine before. Smotrich had said that the Palestinian village of Huwwara in Israel should be completely wiped out.
But the French Foreign Ministry announced last week that government representatives in Paris had no plans to visit him.
