I came to cinema at a time when Urvashi Shobhana was one of the leading stars of the nineties. At that time there was a Fans Association in Kasaragod in my name. I was really skinny. I looked a lot to discourage them. But they were doing charity work and social work very seriously. To date, they have not asked me for any financial assistance. I’m sorry I did not encourage them now.

I loved getting letters from fans back then. My father was terribly strict. The writings brought by the postman were shown filtered by his father. Because there will be more emotions in some writing, which Dad will not show me. Years later, I found all these letters in a room in our house. I saw it all after I got married and went to America.
