A gala with the “favorites”
Anyone who wants to see for themselves the special quality of our award winners can do so at a gala in the Grand Hotel Schloss Bensberg in Bergisch Gladbach near Cologne on January 27, 2024.
This evening, five award-winning chefs will cook a six-course menu together with Tony Hohlfeld from “Jante” in Hanover – the “Koch national” in 2020 when the gala had to be canceled due to Corona. Wines from award-winning estates will also be tasted.
Our in-house critics Jürgen Dollase and Stephan Reinhardt, who take turns as columnists in the paper every 14 days (“Here the guest speaks” and “Pure wine” respectively), will be leading the evening. The price of the event per person is 375 euros for menu and drinks. Starts at 6 p.m.
