Lego Star Wars Summer Vacation – Lego Star Wars: Summer Vacation: Finn needs a break from commandos and battleships, and he organizes a surprise vacation for his friends Ray, Pooh, Rose, Choi, BB-8, R2-D2, and C-3PO aboard a luxurious vacation spacecraft, the “Helicon.” Finn’s plan for one last time together goes awry when he finds himself separate from the gang.
I Am Groot – I’m big: ‘I’m Groote’ is a collection of five original short films starring Baby Groote, everyone’s favorite little tree, and featuring some new and special characters. All five films will be available for viewing at launch. You can’t keep the galaxy from this naughty little one! Baby Groot takes center stage in his own series, depicting the glory days when he grew up – and also got into trouble – between the stars. Wayne Diesel, who dubs Grout in “Guardians of the Galaxy” movies, is the voice of Baby Grout (August 10).
The Bob’s Burgers Movie: The Movie: A comedy-adventure-cartoon-musical mystery film, based on the long-running Emmy Award-winning series. After a main water pipe explosion creates a sinkhole outside Bob’s hamburger restaurant and blocks the entrance, Bob and Linda Belcher have a hard time continuing to own the business. The kids are trying to solve a mystery that might save the restaurant. (July 13).
Under the Banner of Heaven – Under the Miracle of Heaven: The seven-episode series that everyone has been waiting for, by Oscar winner Dustin Lance Black, starring Andrew Garfield and Daisy Edgar-Jones. The series is inspired by John Krakower’s best-selling crime novel, and recounts the events that led to the murder of Brenda Wright LaParti (Daisy Edgar-Jones) and her baby in a Salt Lake Valley suburb, Utah, in 1984. Detective Jeb Pierre ( Andrew Garfield) investigates the events that took place in the Lafferty family and reveals hidden truths about the origins of the Mormon Church and the violent consequences of uncompromising faith. Detective Pierre’s discoveries, devout Mormons, cast doubt on his faith. (July 27).
Andor – Andor: A new and original series from Lucas Film that takes place before the events of “One Rog”. The “Endor” series will present a new perspective on the “Star Wars” galaxy and focus on Xian Andor’s journey to discover the change he can bring about. The series deals with the story of the revolt against the empire and how people and planets took part in it. Xian is in a time full of dangers, scams and conspiracies, and he set out on a journey designed to turn him into a hero down. Diego Luna returns to play Xian Andor and is joined by Genevieve O’Reilly, Stalan Skoshgord, Adria Arhuna, Denise Body and Kyle Soler. The top producers are Kathleen Kennedy, Sana Wallenberg, Diego Luna and Michelle Rajwan. Tony Gilroy is the creator and lead producer (August 31).
High School Musical: The Musical: The Series – High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, Season 3: The Wildcats head out to the Camp Ask Lake summer camp in California and get ready for an unforgettable summer of romance, non-stop nights and spending time in nature. Things heat up, and also cool down, as they organize a production of “Break the Ice” and on the way also shoot a drama-rich docu-series. Will the Wildcats be able to show who is “the best in the snow” without leaving anyone out? (July 27).
Not Okay – Everything is wrong: The film Not Okay follows Danny Sanders (Zoe Deutsch), writes at the beginning of her career that she has no friends or love life, and worst of all: she has no followers. She is faking a trip to Paris to be photographed beautifully for Instagram and hopefully will also increase the number of her followers. A horrific incident that takes place in the City of Lights drags Danny to a bigger lie than she imagined. She “returns home” as a protagonist and even unexpectedly befriends Rowan (Mia Isaacs), a school shooting survivor and activist for a change in society, and achieves Colin, the man of her dreams (Dylan O’Brien). Danny becomes influential and active and achieves the life and audience she always wanted, but it’s only a matter of time before the lie is exposed, and she discovers the hard way that the internet likes to expose scams (July 29).
He goes out in search of his friends and meets three ghosts of the “power”: Obi-Wan-Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker and Lia Organa. The three of them tell him about missed vacations and help him understand that vacations are not just fun and entertainment. In the movie LEGO Star Wars Summer Vacation, which takes place shortly after the events of the movie “Star Wars: Skywalker’s Rise”, the dubbing participants “to the weird” Yankovich, Yvette Nicole Brown, Kelly Marie Tran, Anthony Daniels, Billy Di Williams and other participants from “LEGO Star” Previous wars. The film also features the original song Scarif Beach Party performed by “The Strange God” Jankovic (August 5).
PREY – The prey: A new action thriller from 20th Century Studios directed by Dan Trachtenberg (“The Boys,” “Through Cloverfield 10”). The ‘Prey’ takes place in the heart of the Comanche Nation 300 years ago and it tells the story of Nero, a skilled and brave warrior. She grew up in the shadow of some of the most legendary hunters on the great plains, and when danger threatens the camp, she sets out to protect her men. It lurks for prey and faces it, but it turns out to be an alien predator developed with advanced technology weapons. The confrontation between the opponents is frightening and cruel (August 5).
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law – Lawyer: A new comedy series starring Tatiana Maslani, who plays the green giant / Jennifer Walters, a lawyer who specializes in cases related to superheroes. Directors: Kat Cuiro (Chapters 1-4 and 8-9) and We and Elia (Chapters 5-7). Chief Screenwriter: Jessica Gao. The film She-Hulk: Attorney at Law tells the story of Jennifer Walters who has to deal with the complex life of a thirty-something single lawyer, who is also a two-foot-tall green giant with superpowers. The nine-episode series features veteran and familiar characters from the Marvel cinematic universe, including the smart giant (Mark Ruffalo), Emil Blonsky / Abomination (Tim Roth) and Wong (Benedict Wong) (August 17).
