The Ministry of Mobility, aware of the fundamental role that Ecobici plays in the sustainable mobility of the capital’s residents, has announced this fare update with the aim of optimizing the service and guaranteeing an efficient experience for users.

What are the new Ecobici rates?

As communicated through the official Ecobici website, the changes in subscription rates are detailed:

◆ 1-day registration: Will go from 118 to 123 pesos
◆ 3-day registration: It will increase from 234 to 245 pesos
◆ 7-day registration: You will experience an increase from 391 to 409 pesos
◆ Annual plan: Its cost will be adjusted from 521 to 545 pesos

In addition to the modification in subscription rates, the guarantee deposit for the use of the service has also been affected, passing from 8 thousand to 10 thousand pesos.

Regarding the loan time, those users who exceed the 45 minutes initially stipulated must pay 26 pesos for each additional 15 minutes, or up to 52 pesos for each additional hour or fraction.

How to register with Ecobici and what are the requirements?

To access the Ecobici service, it is essential to meet the following requirements:

◆ Have a Visa or Mastercard bank card.
◆ Have the Integrated Mobility Card (IM) linked and scanned through the Ecobici application.

Registration can be done through the site official website or by going in person to any of the Urban Bicycle Care and Promotion Centers (CAPU) distributed throughout the city, strategically located at points such as Camellón de Reforma and Río Guadalquivir, Reforma 222, and Insurgentes Sur between Montecito and Philadelphia.
