INVESTIGATION – They completed their studies, obtained their diploma and landed their first contract. If at first glance, everything seems to be good for young executives, a quarter of them are nevertheless not satisfied with their job.
When she got her first permanent contract, Marie* was 25 years old. For her, “it’s the Holy Grail»: a sales position with a tech heavyweight, with prospects for advancement and the promise of a fantastic salary.
