With the aim of responding more quickly to the demands of the population, they announced their commitment to the Digital transformation of ANDA with an Operations Department and a Digital Transformation Office.
“There is now an Operations Directorate and a Digital Transformation Office because it is very important to make decisions based on evidence,” said Jorge Castaneda, president of the National Water and Sewer Administration (ANDA).
In addition to the above, there are tools such as a dashboard that is automatically updated, where all the interventions of the autonomous company are monitored in real time when responding to citizen complaints, and through this “dash” follow-up is provided from the moment the complaint was responded to, until the work is completed.
Castaneda also announced that they will sign an agreement with the Road Conservation Fund (FOVIAL) to carry out the work in a comprehensive manner.
“We will sign a cooperation agreement with Fovial to complete repairs more effectively and reduce response times in our operations. We will work together to achieve a more agile and efficient service,” he said.
