San Salvador. The Police arrested seven internal gang members at the El Espino Social Integration Center in Ahuachapán, accused of murdering another gang member in that center, announced the Minister of Security, Gustavo Villatoro.
The crime took place on Saturday, August 10 at noon, in the aforementioned center where gang members from the various factions stay and, according to investigations, Jairo Manuel Campos Parada, Carlos Manuel López Vázquez, Kevin Manuel Echeverría Mancía, Axel Stanley Santos Medrano, Omar Ezequiel Flores Aguilar, David Alexander Calles Renderos and Jonathan Adolfo López Flores.
“They themselves are ensuring that their years in prison will be an eternity and as a Security Cabinet, together with the FGR, we are ensuring that Salvadoran justice is implemented according to the Law,” said Villatoro.
The officer confirmed that the suspects were members of the 18 gang and, with the crimes for which they are being held, the crime of aggravated homicide; The detainees would have strangled the victim.
