President López Obrador‌ Confident in Sinaloa⁣ Governor Amid Drug Trafficker Claims

Mexico City, Aug. 10‍ (although). The Governor of Sinaloa, Ruben Rocha Moya, responded to a statement by Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada, who claimed to be kidnapped and accused the governor of corruption. Zambada ‍was eventually released but maintained his ‌claims.

President López⁢ Obrador reiterated his confidence in‍ Rocha Moya, praising ‍his transparency and accountability.

“Today this letter ‍has come out and it turns ⁤out that we are ⁢in ‍Culiacán: well, once and for​ all, we are going to talk about this issue, it is good that it was​ clarified ‌what‍ the situation is, where it was [el Gobernador] And you’ve never been⁤ invited ​to any events,” he said.

The president warned ‌against sensationalism and emphasized the importance of peace ⁤in Sinaloa and the country.

The ‌boss of⁣ the Sinaloa Cartel, Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada ‌García, revealed details ⁢of his capture, the betrayal of Joaquín Guzmán López, and the fate⁣ of Héctor‌ Melecio Cuen in a statement released through his lawyer.

Zambada claimed that Guzmán López had invited him ⁤to a meeting to‌ resolve internal conflicts​ within the cartel.
